• Mutsu, also know as Crispin, originated in Japan and is a cross between Golden Delicious and Indo varieties.
• Larger in size than either parent, Mutsu Apples have a skin that is yellowish-green with an orange blush.
• Mutsu Apple has a moderately sweet flavor with juicy, firm, creamy white flesh. It is excellent for eating, sauces and baking.
