Apple Almond Energy Bites

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup almond butter
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons Honeycrisp.com honey

1.  Combine all ingredients in the food processor 
2.  If the mixture looks a little wet, you can add more oats 
3.  Take a taste - If it's not sweet enough for you, feel free to add more honey
4.  Roll into balls or use a cookie scoop to drop bites onto a lined baking sheet
5.  Set in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes 
6.  Store in the fridge or freeze.  Enjoy!
